Miami, FL – November 30, 2024 – Artist Alteronce Gumby, known for his cosmic-inspired abstractions, has unveiled his largest outdoor public project to date in the Miami Design District in a ribbon cutting ceremony joined by Craig Robins and Jeffrey Deitch Gallery

Titled “Living the Dream”, this vibrant mural integrates gemstones such as green jade, turquoise, and red jasper alongside stained glass and mosaic tiles. The mural encourages viewers to pause, step outside the digital world, and reconnect with the natural beauty around them.

Collaborating with Apperlo Art and supported by DACRA, Gumby expands the boundaries of color, drawing on his deep interest in astrophysics, geology, and art history to create a glittering tribute to the universe’s vivid hues.
