Miami, FL – October 18, 2024 – The Museum of Graffiti, in partnership with Monster Energy, proudly hosted “Samuel Sumak’s Visions,” an engaging exhibition that explores the life and work of Samuel Sumak, a graphic artist and muralist who significantly influenced the Chilean graffiti scene.

The exhibition, born from the U.F.O. (Unión, Fuerza, Objetivo) Collective’s workshop, showcased a diverse range of media, including paintings, drawings, installations, and graffiti. At its core was the powerful story of Samuel Sumak, who faced persecution in the 1990s and was forced to live as a vagabond under the name Bultisam. His journey of resilience, transformation, and artistic expression was vividly illustrated in a large triptych that he had been working on for the past three years. Attendees had the opportunity to immerse themselves in Sumak’s powerful narrative and learn more about the U.F.O. collective and their artistic endeavors.
