Miami, FL – January 29, 2024 – Standing at 700 feet with 67 stories, JEM Miami at Miami World Center, a $130 million project by Naftali Group, has gained momentum as construction advances, following a permit filing on December 11. The ambitious development will feature 259 condo units on levels 39-61 and 530 multi-family units on levels 10-38. Danielle Naftali, the executive overseeing design, marketing, and sales, shared insights into the project’s layout, revealing that JEM Private Residences will house condos on floors 43 and above, while rental apartments will occupy floors 10 through 42. The two segments will have separate lobbies, elevators, and amenity centers, with condo amenities on the 50th floor and apartment amenities on the ninth floor. The residences, designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica Architecture and New York City’s Rockwell Group, showcase a luxurious ambiance, drawing inspiration from ocean landscapes with wave-like architecture and wraparound terraces. The interior features sophisticated design elements, including custom-sculpted walls, illuminated cove ceilings, and high-quality finishes. JEM will offer a range of sizes for the residences, from 469-square-foot studios to expansive four-bedroom units and ten penthouses, with prices starting at just over $540,000 for a studio. Boasting a suite of amenities, JEM Private Residences includes the Sky Lounge with a fireplace and stone bar, complemented by a 60-foot outdoor pool surrounded by cabanas and daybeds, catering to a diverse range of resident needs.
