Rimowa Celebrates Art Week with Artist Typoe

Miami, FL – December 7, 2023 – RIMOWA is thrilled to announce their partnership with local Miami artist, Typoe, who created a custom chandelier-inspired art piece that is permanently displayed in their newly renovated Miami Design District store, now open to the public. The piece showcases a striking exploding sculpture frozen in time which features bright colors, abstract shapes and RIMOWA’s iconic aluminum grooves. The Typoe for RIMOWA art piece features basic building block shapes representing how we are building the world around us, while keeping childlike wonder in mind. His piece incorporates RIMOWA’s raw silver aluminum grooved sheets in contrast to his color block shapes and Miami-inspired vibrant color palette.
