Executive Chef Samantha Cruz has created a culinary masterpiece with her menu, inspired by the Sunshine State’s history and Miami’s Haitian, Latin, and Central American influences. The grand opening event was a decadent affair, with Mayor Dan Gelber and other local dignitaries in attendance for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
