Bal Harbour, FL – February 25, 2023 – There are some SOBEWFF dinners that truly make us go, “wow.” That word pretty much sums up this one, which was headlined by a fierce foursome of chefs of wonderfully diverse backgrounds. It kicked off with Kevin Fink and Tavel Bristol-Joseph, who were then joined by James Beard Award winner Erick Williams. CJ Jacobson of Miami’s Aba anchored this highly collaborative group with his fresh approach to Mediterranean fare. Guests enjoyed this award-winning relay team of tastemakers at Bal Harbour’s newest hotspot as they carried taste buds through a multi-course menu that promises to be one for the record books.
