WRE News: 42-Story Residential Tower with 544 Units Planned for Edgewater

Miami, FL – March 2, 2025 – A new high-rise is coming to Edgewater at 1775 Biscayne Boulevard, where a 42-story residential tower is planned.

The development will include 544 rental apartments, 10,106 square feet of retail space, and a 628-space parking garage. The tower will rise 444 feet above ground, with Coastal Construction Group as the contractor and ODP Architecture & Design as the architect.

LCOR is leading the project, which is progressing through the approval process with additional permits for site work and construction under review.
