Grand Opening of Fabel Miami

Miami, FL – December 1, 2022 – Last night, Fabel Miami, the all-new open-air rooftop restaurant and lounge, welcomed select guests to their VIP Preview of Miami’s newest perfect evening destination.

The exclusive preview drew hundreds of elite attendees including VIPs and celebrities. Notables included Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Meredith Marks, Real Housewives of Miami, Guerdy Abraira, American actor Blake Cooper Griffin, supermodel Celine Farach, and artist Eduardo Kobra.

Live music by DJs Timka, Afrotrace, and Onnomaa filled the 10,000-square-foot outdoor sanctum, where guests observed dancers and overlooked Miami’s artistic Wynwood neighborhood. Guests were also able to sample the restaurant’s Mediterranean-inspired menu, curated by Executive Chef Ian Fleischman, as well as some of the rarest and most exquisite wines, led by Master Sommelier Christopher Miller.

Fabel, designed by Matthew Rosenberg’s award-winning M-Rad Architecture firm, combines old-world glamour with high-energy dining. Drawing inspiration from the islands of Greece and the beaches of Southern France, celebrating the energy Miami is known for. Stimulating all of the senses, Fabel takes guests on a whimsical journey through its design, gastronomy, fashion, fragrances, and entertainment.
