Miami, FL – May 20, 2022 – Vale Food Co opens to the public with a special ribbon cutting for its grand opening of the Miami location. The Florida-grown restaurant brand is helmed by CEO and Founder Sunny Ilyas and is committed to bringing healthy, quality food, sustainability and community. Guests are encouraged to “to live an earthly life” through the brand’s tropical interior accents, lush greenery and earth tones. Ilyas launched Vale in 2014 and now has seven locations: two in Tallahassee, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Brickell with plans to expand through South Florida and into different markets. The Miami location will offer locals and visitors a high-quality and healthy menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner at any time of the day.
