Miami, FL – December 1, 2021 – French graffiti and tattoo artist FUZI invaded the Museum of Graffiti to present Defaced, an exhibition of new works on canvas and historic works from his days as a train painter in Paris. Fuzi’s new works bring to life his tattoo style but this time on canvas and in a 360 degree immersive room. Bold and humorous paintings depicting his raucous cartoon world that has gone mad. Humans vs animals, vandals vs police and everything in between come together in his expertly rendered pieces. The VIP first look of Fuzi:Defaced, proudly presented by Ciroc, was a morning packed with live tattoos as fans lined up to get inked by Fuzi. Guests also encountered the Majorwavez Sneaker Lab, founded by artist and designer Ruben Barraza, and presented by Nesquik. Guests snacked on Night Owl Cookies as they customized their own sneakers on the Museum of Graffiti’s Art Week Patio. Located in Miami’s Wynwood Art District, the Museum of Graffiti is the first institution in the world to exhibit, educate, and celebrate the thousands of graffiti artists who have transformed walls in their public spaces into vibrant masterpieces.
