Miami, FL – December 4, 2021 – On Saturday, the opening reception for Pepe Mar’s solo exhibit was held at David Castillo Gallery. “You Should Have Never Crossed The Rio Grande” portrays the artist’s own experience of migration from Mexico to the United States, serving as a stage in his life through which he explores the current conditions of his own practice and of the country he now calls home.
