Hialeah, FL – October 20, 2021 – On Wednesday, October 20th, real estate power leader Masoud Shojaee, President and Chairman of the Board of Shoma Group, honored Hialeah’s Mayor Carlos Hernández at his latest forthcoming development, Shoma Village, to recognize the mayor’s decade of service as his term comes to a close. Shojaee spoke about the mayor’s support of his effort to bring a new type of development to the area, and their mutual vision for Hialeah that involved bringing a mixed-use project to the city that would offer entertainment and culture. In turn, Mayor Hernandez thanked Shojaee for “believing in Hialeah” and for helping lay the foundation for Hialeah to become a place that would attract young people and businesses to put down roots. Hernández has been a champion for developing Hialeah and has worked closely with Shoma Group and other developers to achieve a vision of a thriving city that would attract new residents and businesses. Shoma Village, Shoma Group’s premier rental community for upscale living and shopping, is expected to open in Q2 2022.
