Bal Harbour, FL – October 22, 2021 – On Friday, October 22, Bal Harbour Shops hosted a luncheon event with Valentino and Sarah Harrelson to celebrate Bal Harbour Magazine’s Fall/Winter issue with Reyna Noriega, artist and illustrator. Noriega, who created the colorful and whimsical cover design for the issue featuring looks from Valentino’s Couture 21 Fall Show was joined by 30 guests in the Center Courtyard of the Shops and enjoyed a delectable lunch catered by Le Zoo.
