Miami, FL – June 17, 2021 – On Thursday, June 17^th, Breakwater Hospitality Group and Grove Bay Hospitality Group proudly welcomed Miami’s elite to an invitation-only, VIP preview party of their premiere collaborative concept, CH’I, a new dining and nightlife venue that officially opens on Friday, June 18^th.

Located on the third floor of Miami’s Brickell City Centre, the massive, indoor and outdoor space fuses four immersive concepts – a Garden; Mercado; Lounge; and Restaurant – into one dynamic experience. Guests were greeted with champagne as they made their way to the back of the Mercado and entered the sleek Lounge area through a large wooden door. Once inside, guests were instantly immersed in the DJ’s high-energy mix of music while enjoying endless cocktails served from two sprawling bars. Complimentary passed bites featured the concept’s Chino-Latino cuisine and gave a taste of what’s to come on the Restaurant’s main menu. Surprises entertained guests throughout the night, including when the lights dimmed dramatically, moments before a thick fog unveiled a large Chinese dragon adorned with colorful lights who danced throughout the venue. The atmosphere turned electric when a violinist came out to play in harmony alongside the DJ’s beats, prompting guests to start dancing which continued late into the night.
