Zimmern, who takes a modern approach to food, and Solomonov, who has been making waves for years as an authority on Israeli cooking, presented a modern feast inspired by all of the coveted traditions found in the land of milk and honey, in one of Miami’s most artistic destinations, Verde at Perez Art Museum Miami – all perfectly paired with wines from Recanati.
