The Festival curated more than a dozen chefs, led by Chef Tyler Florence, to serve up their best birds – paired with refreshing bubbly – at the W South Beach. Florence, a fan-favorite Food Network personality known for the hit series The Great Food Truck Race and cookbook author, is the force behind successful San Francisco restaurants Wayfare Tavern and Miller & Luz. Brut, rosé and more – guests sipped their way through France in effervescent delight as they indulged in bubbly from six different champagne houses.
