Miami, FL – December 4, 2019 – Balmain is proud to play a part in bringing artist Cécile B. Evans’ compelling, modern-day video retelling of the classic French ballet Giselle to the public. In addition to supporting Evans’ A Screen Test for an Adaptation of Giselle, the house has been happy to lend key historic pieces from Balmain’s archives for her work. The video produced was unveiled at the Knight Concert Hall in Miami alongside a presentation of stills from the video and archive pieces from Balmain collections.
