Chef Antonio led members through the process of creating his signature colorful macarons and revealed kitchen secrets like using ganache instead of buttercream to get the consistency of the filling just right. Rose members learned the proper techniques to achieve the coveted texture and rich coloring that have made the miniature french delicacy a global phenomenon.
