Bal Harbour, FL – November 21, 2019 – Bal Harbour Shops hosted a Groundbreaking Ceremony in celebration of their $550-million enhancement plan. Matthew Whitman Lazenby, President and CEO of Whitman Family Development, and members of the Whitman family, welcomed guests which included the project developers, architects, contractors, and Bal Harbour Village public officials, all of whom have played a vital role in the upcoming expansion. Following the ceremony, guests gathered in Le Zoo Bal Harbour for a champagne reception and brunch bites.
