The cutting-edge architect shared insights into his process and how he utilizes the unique qualities of each project to create a concept-driven design. Architecture students from FIU’s MBUS LEADS program also joined us for the talk and a mini-mentoring session with Steven. Celebrated for his ability to blend space and light with great contextual sensitivity, Steven is the recipient of countless awards, Steven has been called “America’s Best Architect” by TIME magazine, has exhibited his work at MoMA, and is a professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture & Planning.
