Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2019 – Surf’s up on South Beach, as Ted Allen, author and beloved host of the hit Food Network series Chopped and Chopped Junior, hosted an evening of Polynesian flare and tiki-inspired cocktails. Once again, SOBEWFF guests enjoyed an artful display of libations and bites at the hip and trendy Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel. SOBEWFF rounded up some of the best bartenders across Florida as they competed to be crowned tiki-King at the end of the night. Allen joined an esteemed panel of judges, to evaluate the contestants’ rum-centric offerings, while guest sipped on the entries and enjoyed savory bites from some of South Florida’s most buzzed about spots.
