The luxury automaker brought its future design concept, the LF-1 Limitless, on display as part of The Future is Limitless installation by Japanese architect Socha Ichikawa of dNA (doubleNegatives Architecture) for VIPs, collectors and enthusiasts from around the world including Yoshihiro Sawa, President of Lexus; architect Sir David Adjaye; Waris Ahluwalia, Founder of House of Waris; John Maeda, Global Head of Computational Design + Inclusion, Automattic; and Birgit Lohmann, chief editor of designboom. Combining high performance with unrestrained luxury, the LF-1 Limitless is a showcase of technology, innovation and the latest evolution of design at Lexus, which will be celebrating 30 years in 2019. “We truly enjoyed the opportunity to position the work of our Lexus designers in the context of this important design community,” says Brian Bolain, General Manager of Lexus. “The LF-1 Limitless represents the apex of Lexus’ future vision, and we are proud we were able to bring it to Design Miami/ this year.”
