Miami, FL – November 1, 2018 – Guests celebrated the opening of the Creative Time Summit with Drag en la Frontera at PAMM. The evening featured performances by Bhenji Ra, KUNST, Miss Toto, Lolita Cabrón, Andro Gin, Dang Ho Yu Sickning, Queef Latina, Karla Croqueta, Jupiter Velvet, Ded Cooter, Persephone Vonlips, Yoko Oso, and Juleisy Inbed. The evening was hosted by JV Portela and Karla Croqueta. Stephanie Zehno had a live DJ set with an elaborate stage design and a special performance by sleeper. The evening was produced by Fredo Rivera. Drag en la Frontera is a part of the Creative Time Summit, a three-day convening of thinkers, dreamers, and doers working at the intersection of art and social justice. Co-Presented with Art in Public Places of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, with leading support from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and additional support from Grinnell College and their Center for the Humanities.
