Julian Marley & The Uprising

Miami, FL – October 5, 2018 – The Miami Design District Performance Series returned to Palm Court with its free weekly Friday evening ensemble of live musical performances produced by 19-time Grammy© Award winning producer Emilio Estefan in collaboration with the Miami Symphony Orchestra presented by the Knight Foundation. To kick off the series on October 5, will be a performance by Julian Marley & The Uprising. Marley is the son of reggae legend Bob Marley. The Grammy Award Nominated roots- reggae musician, singer-songwriter, producer and humanitarian formed a reggae band called The Uprising, made up of young Jamaican musicians, which he now tours with. The concert was held at Palm Court at the Miami Design District where more free performances will take place until December 14th.
