Viaggio: The Cocktail Series at Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar
Surfside, FL – April 23, 2018 – Each month, lead bartender Valentino Longo and bar manager Jacopo Rosito will invite a world-famous bartender to join them in providing a unique mixology experience. The guest bartender will intertwine elements and flavours reminiscent of their own heritage, to create signature cocktails complementing those featured in Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar. For one night only, Simone Caporale, a pioneer in the beverage culture created mixology magic alongside Valentino. Originally from Italy, Simone rose to fame during his five years at Artesian at The Langham, London. By using techniques at the forefront of technological innovations, Simone has pushed the boundaries of what a drink can and should be to create some of the most iconic and appreciated cocktails ever served.
