Miami, FL – February 22, 2018 – Chef Carlo Mirarchi is widely known for his highly-acclaimed eatery Blanca, flanked by his hipster pizza joint Roberta’s in Brooklyn. He also trained the James Beard nominated Chef Brady Williams, before Williams took a leap and is now bringing innovative flavors and techniques to the revered restaurant Canlis in Seattle.
