Miami, FL – April 20, 2017 – Guests came out to PAMM Third Thursdays: Poplife Social Vinyl Invasion and the public preview of PAMM’s new exhibition, Toba Khedoori. In celebration of World Record Store Day, the terrace was transformed into a vinyl extravaganza, complete with record themed art-making and vinyl sets from Lolo of Sweat Records and Mikey R of Radioactive Records. In the Members Lounge, guests enjoyed drinks courtesy of Becks, Kim Crawford and YAKU by La Mar. Later in the night, Telekinetic Walrus took over the terrace and treated guests to an eclectic performance of their funky and psychedelic hip-hop sounds. Inside the museum, Faena Art screened the film Exquisite Corpse, a 51-minute installation and single-channel film, on view now at Faena Art. In the galleries, guests visited the galleries for the public preview of PAMM’s newest special exhibition, Toba Khedoori, the first major museum presentation of Khedoori’s new paintings and her first survey in fifteen years. Toba Khedoori was organized by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, in collaboration with the Pérez Art Museum Miami.
