Tommy Kato Hosts Intimate Wine & Caviar Celebatory Dinner at Casa Tua

Miami Beach, FL – March 29, 2017 – Merchant Hub CEO, jet-setter entrepreneur, benevolent philanthropist and international polo player Tommy Kato celebrated his birthday inside Casa Tua, the cozy exclusive South Beach hideaway. Set aglow by candles, Kato’s close friends gathered around the Chef’s Table for an exquisite three-course celebratory menu created in collaboration with culinary perfectionist, Chef Loris Navone. The intimate evening began with caviar and wine tasting prior to a delectable pan-seared branzino filet with fennel confit and champagne sauce. Following the main course, guests indulged on homemade biscotti and a custom-made cake in the shape of a Cohiba cigar box. Guests moved from the Mediterranean villa to the glow of the lantern lit trees in Casa Tua’s lush, secluded garden as the festive atmosphere provided a memorable evening with Kato’s closest family and friends.
