Art Walk Opening with Juan Lascano’s “Realism Today” at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach Sales Gallery

Sunny Isles Beach, FL – March 23, 2017 – Developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach invited art enthusiasts, patrons, residents and visitors alike to take part in a complimentary curated “art walk” through the project’s newly-opened sales gallery, spotlighting an exhibition by one of the Western Hemisphere’s most prominent realist painters. Works of art by Argentinean artist Juan Lascano are now on display in the ocean-facing sales building at 15800 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. The rare, public exhibition titled “Realism Today” was unveiled during the VIP preview. The oil paintings, presented by Wynwood 28 Art Gallery, will be showcased daily through April 23. “This art installation is another shining example of what sets our project apart,” said Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group. “The Ritz-Carlton brand is synonymous with art and design and, in that spirit, we are honored to showcase Mr. Lascano’s paintings throughout the rooms of our sales gallery. It is essentially a preview of what’s to come.”
