Miami Beach, FL – December 1, 2016 – Lionheart Capital and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing hosted an intimate broker event with a personal meet and greet with Master Italian architect and designer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. The event was held within the project’s newly unveiled model residence, Villa Lissoni, the first stand-alone villa in the United States designed entirely by the celebrated architect himself. As guests mingled over hor d’oeuvres and Wolffer rose while Douglas Elliman’s CEO, Jay Phillip Parker welcomed guests alongside Douglas Elliman’s Chairman, Howard Lorber. Following the reception, guests were invited to attend an exclusive design talk at Design Miami where Lissoni discussed the topic of light as the inspiration behind his work alongside visual artist, Yvette Mattern whom Lionheart Capital commissioned to activate her large‐scale public art light installation during Art Basel entitled, The Global Rainbow.
