DÔA Miami Beach Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Grand Opening Celebration
Miami Beach, FL – November 26, 2016 – DÔA Miami Beach officially kicked off Art Basel 2016 with its grand opening party and ribbon cutting ceremony. The highly anticipated restaurant, and first venture on Miami Beach, for famed restaurateur Arjun Waney (Zuma, Coya, La Petite Maison, The Arts Club) opened its doors at 2000 Collins Avenue. Miami’s A-List and VIP crowd were all in attendance for the exclusive preview event. In attendance were owners, Arjun Waney, Tunu and Yona Puri, Mike Piazza (recent inductee to baseball hall of fame), designer Alvin Valley, actor Kyle MacLachlan, model Karolina Kurkova and actor husband Archie Drury. Hailing from Zuma and Coya, DÔA’s Executive Senior Sous Chef Carlos Estarita served a number of signature canape bites showcasing the unique Nikkei and Chifa flavors from the diverse menu. Guests were also treated to bespoke cocktails throughout the evening from the restaurant’s stunning central island bar. Open until 5AM daily, the LatAsian neighborhood eatery promises to be one of the hottest dining and nightlife spots in Miami with live DJ performances select evenings of the week
