Baby Got Bao Buns Eating Competition at TALDE Miami Beach

Miami Beach, FL – October 27, 2016 – Miami’s top chefs and foodies teamed up for a Bao Bun eating competition at TALDE Miami Beach at The Confidante. Teams of two competed to eat the highest number of buns in just two minutes. Chef Richard Hales (of soon to open Bird & Bone) and Aubrey Swanson (AUBOOM Media) prevailed as the winning duo upon beating out Chef Jeff McInnis (Sarsaparilla Club) and David Rodriguez (Wynwood Brewery) in a one minute tie-breaker. Following the competition guests sipped on cocktails and enjoyed buns to celebrate Talde’s new weekly special, Baby Got Bao Buns.
