CheckedUp & Seed Global Health Host Fundraiser at Gary Nader Art Centre

Miami, FL – March 3, 2016 – CheckedUp, a patient education health technology company, partnered with Seed Global Health, a non-profit organization that places US volunteer physician and nurse educators as faculty in African teaching institutions, to host a fundraiser at the Gary Nader Art Centre. Hosted by Dr. Richard Adweh, Jamie Elias, Sarah Mirmelli, Gary Nader, and Aria Zelnik and sponsored by Levy Public Relations & Events, Don Julio, and the Nader Latin America Art Museum, the event raised awareness and money in support of Seed Global Health’s mission of strengthening health education and delivery in places facing a dire shortage of health professionals.  Dr. Vanessa Kerry, co-founder and CEO of Seed Global Health, spoke about the organizations history and impact, and Dr. Richard Awdeh and Mark Awdeh presented Seed Global Health with a check for $5,000 from CheckedUp to support expanding technology, education, and access to health services for patients around the world.
