The Setai & Aman Resorts Hosts Surprise Culinary Experience
Miami Beach, FL – February 27, 2016 – The Setai, in collaboration with the uniquely luxurious Aman Resorts, hosted a walk-around dining event featuring five-star cuisine from the superstar chefs of select Aman Resorts properties and The Setai. This once-in-a-lifetime collaboration brought superlative fine dining and culinary techniques from abroad to the heart of South Beach under one open-sky roof with the inimitable Setai acting as the tableaux. Chef Mathias Gervais was joined by chefs Antonio Tridenti, Jusman So, Jacob Anaya and Evan Parker, prepared an assemblage of surprise dishes created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE.
