Miami Beach, FL – November 7, 2014 – Of course, it all began on a trip to Siena, Italy. Top Chef: Season 5 Fan Favorite, Fabio Viviani, returned to his native country with Lucas Stoioff and David Rekhson, partners of the Chicago based hospitality company, DineAmic Group. The team instantly fell in love with the vintage, edgy, open-kitchen style of a local restaurant and over that meal, the inspiration for Siena Tavern was born. A year later, the extremely successful Siena Tavern Chicago was created. With that becoming such a huge hit, it only seemed fitting that they take their talents to a new city. On Friday evening, the trio officially opened the eatery’s second location, Siena Tavern Miami, at 404 Washington Avenue bringing out South Florida foodies from near and far to get a first look at this new hotspot. Chef Viviani was on hand to celebrate the grand opening, mixing and mingling with excited patrons.
