III Points Festival

After III Points’ huge success last year, it only seemed fitting that it would evolve into an even bigger and better festival for 2014. Starting tonight, Wynwood Art District will drench itself in a three day experience of counterculture wrapped up in discussions, panels, concerts, and art exhibits for the second annual III Points festival. This one-of-a-kind interactive art, music, and technology fete can be considered one of the most stimulating events of the year Miami has to offer. Highlighting local and national talent to perform, discuss and interact, it’s basically one massive celebration of creative minds and we can’t wait to dive into it. What can we expect this weekend? Impressive music performances, film screenings, art, installations, and of course, some killer parties. Get ready to jam out to the talents of Flying Lotus, Jamie Jones, Lykke Li, Duke Dumont, Metronomy, Tiga, Jamie xx,  and Hot Natured just to name a few.

Holy Ghost! at Bardot

Tucked away along N Miami Ave lies a sexy, low-key spot for locals to kick-back, relax and vibe out. Tonight, the synth-pop duo from Brooklyn, Holy Ghost!, will be gracing Bardot’s intimate lounge with their sweet sounds and it’s going to be an all-out disco party. Between the endless remixes they’ve done for esteemed artists such as Moby and LCD Soundsystem, as well as their own hits like “Dumb Disco Ideas” and “Hold On” Holy Ghost! is bound to keep everyone moving and grooving all night long.

Wynwood Art Walk

So sometimes you may get sick of the typical club scene here in Miami and want to venture out and try something new. Fortunately it’s that time of the month again, and no we don’t mean THAT time people, we mean Art Walk. Every second Saturday of the month locals fill the streets of Wynwood Art District to catch the latest gallery exhibitions, munch on delicious eats from various food trucks and browse a killer flee market. The madness will begin around 6pm so if you’re wanting to beat the crowds we suggest you head out early!

Fabolous Hosts LIV on Sunday

Whether you’ve heard about it in a rap song or read about it on Instagram, LIV on Sunday is kind of a big deal. Each week hip-hop’s biggest stars flock to the Miami hotspot and cap off the weekend with one insane, buck wild night. This Sunday famed rapper Fabolous will be taking over and hosting one wild party that you won’t want to miss. Expect to spend the night star gazing and  getting down and dirty on the dance floor to the hottest songs raps in the game. Fabolous may even hop on the mic for an impromptu performance, you never know what LIV on Sunday has in store.
