Hip-hop heart throb and host of the evening, Drake, took over the stage for a killer impromptu performance that had everyone going insane. Travis Scott even hopped up on stage with him at one point, busting out some sick lines. The Game was also seen out and about, vibing out with party goers until the sun came up.
