Miami Beach, FL – July 19, 2014 – Miami Swim Week VIPs took a break in between shows on Saturday afternoon and headed to the National Hotel as Annie Vazquez of The Fashion Poet hosted the Second Annual Escape Miami Style Lounge with a style retreat like no other. The relaxing and fun atmosphere allowed guests to peruse the latest in men and women’s apparel and accessories, take part in unique activities like a DIY jewelry table as well as enjoy informal modeling presentations. The highlight of the afternoon was the poolside fashion show, which showcased some of the hottest 2015 swimwear fashion in the game. For those who were still in busy-mode a special media nook gave bloggers, journalists and photographers their own private area to unwind and work. Lastly, Escape Miami also teamed up with some of Miami’s top fashion bloggers, presenting a fun and exciting photo installation titled “Our Summer Stories” that lured everyone in for a photo-op. Sponsors of the fun in the sun fete included Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Italia Independent, and more.
