Miami Beach, FL – May 17, 2014 – For one night only, foodies and Top Chef devotees were able to enjoy a delectable evening with a special chef dinner hosted by chef de cuisine Nina Compton and chef/friend Shirley Chung at the Fontainebleau’s AAA four diamond restaurant, Scarpetta. Compton and Chung originally met when they both starred in Season 11 of Bravo’s award-winning show Top Chef. On Saturday evening, Chung stepped into Compton’s kitchen and served up a special five-course collaborative menu reflecting their unique styles and influences. Whether fans of the show, or just adventurous foodies, diners were beyond delighted with what the two chefs had prepared for the memorable dinner which included lobster crudo, roasted diver scallops, pici, and a twenty-eight day aged rib eye all topped off with chocolate ganache. At the end of the evening, guests received a signed commemorative menu from the duo.
