Gloria and Emilio Estefan came out to the restaurant yesterday evening to show off their newly designed interiors and fabulous new menu. The concept behind the stunning new open dining design was to bring Miami Beach inside the restaurant and for guests to feel enveloped by the ocean. The Estefans, in collaboration with the restaurant’s Executive Chef, Odell Torres, have also created a tempting new menu featuring traditional favorites as well as Cuban-inspired specialties.
