Miami Beach, FL – February 21, 2014 – Food Network’s world renowned Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto hosted a late-night party at South Beach Wine and Food Festival on Friday evening. Morimoto and a few of his friends including fellow chef Robert Irvine, television personality Marc Summers, along with some local Miami chefs took over the Shelborne Wyndham Grand for a fun-filled night of creating unique Asian treats for guests as well as some poolside karaoke. This multi-sensory experience put a Miami twist on the classic Asian late-night market outing, including free-flowing libations from the Southern Wine & Spirits. After some good eats and a little liquid courage, guests hopped on the mic and belted out their favorite karaoke tunes.
