Miami Beach, FL – January 27, 2014 – The 2014 NATPE Market and Conference has officially kicked off, bringing out a slew of Celebrities, tech savvys, and industry whizzes. The goal of the Market and Conference is to create an environment to network, exchange ideas and get deals done. On Monday night, Endemol hosted it’s opening night party at LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel with live musical performances by Pitbull, Courtney Love, Ja Rule, and Chester See. Eva Longoria was also in attendance to catch the performances. Sponsors of the event include Samsung, Flightdeck.tv and Cisneros.

Endemol North America is part of Endemol, the largest independent television and digital studio in the world comprised of a global network of around 90 companies in more than 30 countries. They are a leading producer of television programming specializing in unscripted and scripted genres for network and cable television. Endemol North America officially signed an exclusive overall deal with Armando Christian Perez, also known as Pitbull, to develop and produce original content for television and the digital platform. Last night co-chairmen and co-CEOs, Cris Abrego and Charlie Corwin, along with Pitbull announced that new song “We Are One (Ole Ola)” featuring Jennifer Lopez and Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte will be the official anthem for the 2014 World Cup tournament; This also solidified Leitte joining the Endemol family. Under the overall pact, original content will be produced by Armando Christian Perez (Pitbull), who will also serve as executive producer along with manager and Latium Entertainment CEO Charles Chavez. The digital aspect of the deal also includes a Pitbull channel on Endemol Beyond, the new global venture will create a premium network of international and local channels across such platforms as YouTube, Yahoo, AOL, MSN and Dailymotion.
