Women in Arts Luncheon at Lure Fishbar
Miami Beach, FL – December 6, 2013 – It was an afternoon that explored the arts more feminine side when Niche Media celebrated the industry’s most influential women in the art world with an exclusive luncheon at Lure Fishbar at Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Sue Hostetler, editor in chief of Art Basel Magazine, which is produced by Niche Media, and Nadja Swarovski, member of the Swarovski executive board, co-hosted the event for four women whose careers have long-impacted the art community. Honorees included Tracey Emin, a renowned British contemporary artist; Agnes Gund, philanthropist, collector and president emerita of Museum of Modern Art; Ann Philbin, director of the Hammer Museum; and Lisa Dennison, Sotheby’s chairman for North and South America.
While enjoying a beautiful meal, guests took in the words of guest speaker Anna Korologos, former U.S. secretary of labor, chairman emeritus of the Aspen Institute and Board Member of the Kellogg Company, American Airlines, and Michael Kors Corporation.
