Miami Beach, FL – November 19, 2013 – Prosciutto di Parma, a wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano, freshly shucked oysters, mini bomba burgers, burrata cheese and sliced-to-order hanger steak tagliata filled the plates of notable Miami chefs, media, and guests at the grand opening of Lorenzo. Chef Mantuano celebrated his first restaurant in Miami with restauranteur/developer Larry Levy and 200 guests. Libations came in the form of  Italian wine, Peroni and craft cocktails from mixologist Michael Jack Pazdon, including his signature drink with Casamigos blanco tequila and S. Pellegrino Sparkling Aranciata Rossa, just a little something for upcoming diners to look forward to. The restaurant will be open seven nights a week for dinner with lunch and late night starting in the coming weeks.
