The District Factory Pop Shop

Miami, FL – May 12, 2012 – Art & Design Night in the Miami Design District once more shines a light on the local emerging designers and artists who pop shop in The District Factory, held on Saturday, May 12, 2012, to benefit Dress for Success Miami. Offering “A Glimpse Behind the Assembly Line”, Gallery Walk fans got the chance to scope out the hottest trends in art, jewelry, apparel and more.

Evening highlights included Lichtenstein and Pop Art inspired scrolling imagery provided by O Cinema, art installations by GG, of GGArtwork.org, and Taylor Keinholz, of Pencils & Sawblades. Blo Dry Bar Midtown provided a Braid Bar for the ladies, and tunes by Scratch DJ Academy. Notable exhibitors included Alessandra Gold, M16, Lucca Luc, Blu Lua, Portrait Artist Erin Una Chainani, and Shop Heartbreak to name a few. Also adding to the scene were partners Miami Design District, Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, MIAMI Magazine, and Société Perrier.
