Broken Shaker Pop Up Bar

Miami Beach, FL – February 2, 2012 – This past thursday was the opening of the Broken Shaker, Miami’s first Pop Up Bar. The Broken Shaker is located at the Indian Creek Hotel on 2727 Indian Creek and was conceived by Sydell Group’s Roy Alpert and Bar Labs, Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta. The Sydell Group who recently purhcased the Indian Creek (and also are the owner and developer of the Ace Hotel in NY) plan on turning the budget hotel into a premium Hostel with shared accommodations and a great food and beverage experience. In the mean time, they have created this pop up bar as preview of what is yet to come and have brought on Elad and Gabe to do what they do best. The bohemian speakeasy vibe is quickly attracting locals and this place is something Miami needs!
