Tie Breaker : Long Exposure

Miami, FL – After tallying up the votes, we discovered there was a tie between our photographers here at WorldRedEye. We set up a tie breaker between the two winning photographers, Rodrigo and Justin, by challenging them to take a creative, long exposure photograph and here are their final products. Please let us know what you guys think of our two pieces by voting or commenting on your favorite ones. The stakes are high as a brand new, unreleased watch is the grand prize for the photographer who captured our description best.
