Miami, FL – August 6, 2011 – TARA, Ink. co-principal Nick D’Annunzio and South Beach the Novel author Brian Antoni celebrated a “Best Little Whorehouse in Miami”-themed birthday on Saturday, August 6^th at Cafeina. Over 800 guests filled the haystack-laden Wynwood hotspot for the annual summer bash, which featured cocktails by SVEDKA, mechanical bull rides in the art gallery, and drag queen extraordinaire Elaine Lancaster as Dolly Parton. Notable cowboys, cowgirls and harlots in attendance included WSVN news personalities Louie Aguirre and Belkys Nerey; socialite Ingrid Casares; Cristy Rice of Real Housewives of Miami; artist Carlos Betancourt; designers Donald and Lisa Pliner; photographer Iran Issa Khan, gender illusionists Elaine Lancaster, Lady Bunny and Kitty Meow; filmmakers Alfred Spellman and Billy Corben; real estate maven Alicia Cervera; Jose Ortiz; restaurateur Fabian Basabe; authors Carolina Garcia Aguilera and John Lantiga; interior designer Lily Zanardi; jewelry designer Charles Albert; Walid and Suzy Wahab; Hello Campos; Merle and Danny Weiss; songstress Maryel Epps; business mogul Ryan Esko; and South Beach plastic surgeon Dr. Leonard Tachmes. Artist Martin Kaupp was also on hand and presented D’Annunzio with a custom pop art portrait of the birthday boy. In lieu of gifts, guests were asked to make a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida.
