Downtown, FL – May 19, 2011 – Premiere Annual Luncheon benefiting the Sur Futuro Foundation: chairwoman and president of the Sur Futuro Foundation, Melba de Grullón, along with co-chairs Nora Bulnes, Amanda Rodriguez, Norma Quintero and Alina Gallart, invite the social and civic elite to a fundraiser for Sur Futuro Foundation. The luncheon will feature a personal appearance by the foundation’s long-time supporter, Oscar de la Renta, and a fashion show of his pre-fall 2011 collection. All proceeds will benefit the Sur Futuro Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to reduce the high levels of poverty in the southern region of the Dominican Republic.
