The Roof Is On Fire

Miami Beach,FL – What should have been a party night at SET & LIV, turned put to be an adrenaline pumping photo excursion. On my way from SET to LIV, I spotted a giant cloud of smoke coming from the residential zone near 20th Street. With the streets barricaded, I ran out of my car looking for the scene of the fire. Following the fire trucks and ambulances, I race toward what turned out to be a three story building ablaze.

The fire fighters fought the blaze to keep the building surrounding it from going up in flames too. Fortunately, the building was abandoned and no one was hurt, unless you count the random dead cat on the street.

The fire fighters eventually put out the blaze and everyone was allowed to return back to their apartments. The next step is for them to investigate why an abandoned building would burn up, and if this fire had anything to do with another abandonded building fire in the same area a few weeks prior.  And Iwent off the LIV to continue the night, smelling like a BBQ pit.
